Fitness classes at Icon Health Club are all included in your membership.  We believe that group fitness classes are an ideal way to get active and achieve your goals.  Your class instructor will guide you and motivate you throughout the class so you won’t need to muster up the motivation all on your own.  Our wide range of classes include spinning classes, toning, weight loss, yoga and the world’s leading group exercise classes Les Mills; Bodypump, Bodyattack & Body Combat

You can easily book into our classes via our members mobile app or simply turn up before the class starts and register at reception. If you are new to our classes, don’t worry.  Our ‘Welcome to’ classes are an ideal opportunity to meet with your class instructor before the class starts and get all the tips and support you will need. In addition, our team can recommend what classes are suitable for you and your training goals. Remember though, classes are great fun and you are only new the first time.
