Love this gym. The staff are super friendly. The equipment used is state of the art. They have a sauna and a steam room. And to top it off they have an exercise circuit called the Milon circuit. 35 minutes around 6 times a month means your exercise is done. Perfect for people who have never stepped into a gym before or who work hard and don’t have much time to work out. Anyway. Would highly recommend.read more

Staff never fail to ask you how your getting on! Big reassurance for me after returning from surgery to know that there are always people around or nearby Incase I had a question or I was worried about my leg. Not something you can get in a flyfit gym!read more

Top of the range gym. They have all the latest equipment. Also they are the only gym in Dublin with the Milon Circle. This is for people who don’t normally go to gym. You work out on 6 weight machines and 2 cardio machines twice and you are done in 35 minutes. Perfect if you want to go on your lunch break or before work or after work. All your stats are saved on your personalized Milon card and you can access everything through their app too. They also have a sauna and steam room and it’s perfectly situated on Camden Street above Fresh Suprrnarket. Would highly recommend.read more

Very disappointed with this service, I was a paying member of 1escspe for many years and built up points to obtain 5 day passes. Upon arriving at this facility I was told I could not use my passes becsuse I am no longer a paying member!? This makes no sense to me and surely I am entitled to use these points that I have built up through membership payment!! I have always recommended this gym to friends.... I certainly will not be again. Unpleasent attitude from staff who spoke to me as if I was trying to do something wrong and cheat the system.... I do not understand this and I am offendedread more

Have to give one start as giving none is not an option. Went to see the gym and after this the emails and calls started... I specifically ticked NO to them contacting me. This went on even after I contacted them and asked to be removed from any databases. The last drop was when I received and email asking how I was getting on with my membership (I hadn't signed up). Still waiting to receive managers contact details after I asked for them twice. Poor service for "corporate/business" level gym, have nothing good to say and will not recommend for any colleagues or friends.read more

Had a fantastic experience as a member, there was some miscommunication from a few staff members however upon speaking with the General Manager of the Gym on Camden Street, the issue was resolved very promptly. Very professional. Appreciated the post-membership service and looking forward to being a member again some day soon.read more
