New equipment

Have you tried any of our new equipment? This month we purchased full new Jordan BodyPump set, Kettlebells and best of all a Wattbike. For regular cycling enthusiast, Triathletes and elite cyclists alike the Wattbike is the bike of choice for indoor training with its real ride feel technology, cutting edge analysis and unrivalled accuracy it creates the most effective indoor cycling experience. Following a routine safety audit we have upgraded our fire panel and installed improved sounders. We also performed an audit of our Emergency Lighting System to ensure that in the event of a fire or emergency our staff and members will be able to clearly and easily find their way to the nearest emergency exit. If you are in doubt of the location of any of these exits, our team are on hand to assist on your next visit. Read more
